This position of Leader of continuous improvement - Industrial consultant expert in Lean techniques, excellence and advanced management for a benchmark industrial consultancy, will allow you to develop your knowledge and offer you constant challenges from the hand of different clients and interlocutors. From his hand you will apply a wide variety of solutions focused on improving organizations, strategies, processes and people.
Your mission will be the development of business and projects of excellence in important local, national and international companies, putting all your know-how at the service of these companies and developing yourself as a professional, maintaining dialogue with great professionals, multidisciplinary teams and senior management.
Profile
This position will require you to understand the strategic objectives, a high degree of autonomy and the capacity for influence, argumentation and dialogue.
You must provide a university degree in industrial engineering or similar, an experience of at least five years in positions of responsibility in the operational area with the use of Lean techniques, continuous improvement and advanced management and a high level of spoken and written English and availability to travel frequently at the client's home, which may be local, national or international depending on the project.
